Delivery Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, Tier 2, and Tier 3 locations.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

- Orders are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Gift orders receive additional care in presentation packaging.

Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe — contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
- Arrives damaged — contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a free replacement immediately.
- Is missing items — contact us and we will ship the missing products at no extra cost.
