Delivery Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, Tier 2, and Tier 3 locations.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) 2-4 business days
Tier 2 cities 3-5 business days
Tier 3 & rural areas 5-7 business days

  • All products are packed in nitrogen-flushed pouches to preserve freshness and crunch.
  • Orders are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.
  • Gift orders receive additional care in presentation packaging.

Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe — contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
  • Arrives damaged — contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a free replacement immediately.
  • Is missing items — contact us and we will ship the missing products at no extra cost.
