Payment Issues

Having trouble with your payment? Here are the most common issues and how to resolve them.

Payment failures can happen for a few reasons:
  • Insufficient funds — check your balance and try again.
  • Bank declined — your bank may have flagged the transaction. Contact your bank or try a different card/UPI.
  • Session timeout — if you took too long, the session may have expired. Refresh and try again.
  • Incorrect OTP — re-enter OTP carefully. Some banks have a short OTP window.
If your payment went through but you didn't receive an order confirmation, wait 15–30 minutes. Sometimes there is a delay. If the order still doesn't appear in your account, contact us at customercare@seedtosoul.co with the transaction reference number and we will resolve it.
We accept: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (available for select pin codes).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds are usually faster (1–3 days). Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7–10 days depending on your bank.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
