Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Not Happy with Your Order?

If you are not satisfied with our product or not happy with it for any reason — we offer 100% returns, no questions asked. We stand by our quality and products for complete customer satisfaction.

Simply contact us and we will process your return or replacement. We believe in our products enough to back every order with this guarantee.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery for damaged items (contact us immediately upon receiving)
  • Products that have been consumed more than 50% (for quality-related claims, a photo of the remaining product is sufficient)
